100th Birthday Booksearch
To mark the National Library of Australia's 100th Anniversary, the Library conducted a 100th Birthday BookSearch, in association with The Australian, to identify the whereabouts of key items not yet held in the Library's Collection.

Treasures From the World's Great Libraries exhibition
7 December 2001 - 24 February 2002
The exhibition features over 150 treasures from 39 great libraries in 22 countries.
The exhibition is arranged in themes of Knowledge and belief, Exploring the world, Developing scientific thought, Challenge and order in society, Expressing creativity.
