21. FreeText Queensland

University of Queensland: A collection of full text books, journals, theses and newspapers as well as government documents relating to the history of Queensland. Titles include the Journal of the Royal Historical Society of Queensland, Political chronicles - Queensland, The Shearers record, Queensland heritage, John Oxley journal, Pughs almanac and the Queensland government gazette. Links to external sites providing access to the Queensland Hansard and The Queenslander are also provided.

22. FreeTSO The Stationery Office Official Documents (UK)

TSO: Official Documents is the official source for Command and departmentally sponsored House of Commons Papers. From May 2005 onwards, all Command Papers and House of Commons Papers, as well as key Departmental papers, are available for free on the site in PDF format. This site contains a full listing of Command Papers and House of Commons Papers (HCPs) from 17 May 2005 to the present as well as a selection of papers published before 17 May 2005.

23. FreeUS Government Printing Office Federal Digital System

U.S Government Printing Office: Previously known as GPO Access, FDYS Federal Digital System provides free online access to official U.S. Federal government publications. Via FDSYS the U.S. GPO provides perpetual free public access to print and digital publications of the U.S. Government by managing digital publications from Congress and Federal agencies, gathering publications from Federal Government Web sites, and scanning previously printed publications. The information provided on this site is the official, published version and can be used without restriction, unless specifically noted.

24. FreeVictoria Government Gazette 1836-1997

State Library of Victoria: This online archive of historic government gazettes provides access to over 160 years of official information published in and about Victoria. It contains images of every relevant page in the Victoria Government Gazette produced since 1836, as well as a searchable index based on the published indexes in each publication. Not all names in the Gazette are indexed. First published in the earliest days of the colony, the Victoria Government Gazette (1836 to 1997) documents the official notifications of government decisions and legal actions to other governments, government agencies and the general public.

25. FreeWorld Treaty Index

University of Michigan: An electronic collection of treaty citations, based on the print 'World Treaty Index' (1984) by Dr Peter Rohn. Contains references to over 70,000 treaties including the United Nations Treaty Series and League of Nations treaties as well as national treaties. The database aimes to provide complete coverage for all known agreements in the 20th Century.
