U.S. National Library of Medicine: PubMed Central is a free full-text archive of biomedical and life sciences journal literature at the U.S. National Institutes of Health's National Library of Medicine (NIH/NLM). As well as current material, some digitised content dates back to the mid 1800s or early 1900s. Also provides a link to PubMed, a database of citations and abstracts for millions of articles from thousands of journals. PubMed includes links to full-text articles at several thousand journal web sites as well as to most of the articles in PubMed Central.
RMIT Publishing: Covers rural and remote health area issues and care, including aged and indigenous care, men's health, and the practice and educational needs of health providers, in particular medical practitioners and nurses. The information is relevant to health providers, health planners, researchers and members of rural and remote area communities.

SAI Global: This database provides full text access to all current Australian Standards, Joint ISO/Australian Standards, Joint NZ/Australian Standards, current Draft Australian Standards, and amendments to Australian Standards. Printing is permitted (within the limits of the Copyright Act, and one page at a time), but electronic copying and emailing are prohibited under the licence terms and conditions. Some International Standards, including European Standards (known as ENs, or European Norme), which are equivalent national standards for all members of the European Union, are also included. Printed copies of Australian standards can be requested via our catalogue using the record with the BIB ID 2743530.

Source documents are articles indexed from over 200 current Australian and international journal titles. SAGE covers practically all disciplines of knowledge, though the scientific ones are most heavily represented. Source documents: Most journals indexed are Australian but selected overseas titles are also included. The scope of the SAGE database, and the range of journals included, is determined by the needs of schools and public libraries. Subject coverage: Science and General, including Agriculture, Archaeology, Astronomy, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Ethics, Geography, Natural History, Physics, Sustainability and Zoology. SAGE is intended for a user group including secondary school students, lower tertiary students and the general public.

It provides a knowledge base to support policy, awareness and research in intellectual property matters. Source documents: Content is gathered from journals in IP Australia Library's collections, with further reference to other journals, conference papers, book chapters and electronic documents, as appropriate. Subject coverage: SNIPER provides information relating to IP Australia's core business areas, namely patents, trade marks and designs. SNIPER also includes other topics that impact on IP Australia's business, especially related intellectual property matters such as copyright, plant breeder's rights and domain names. These related matters are included if they relate to significant Australian or international trends and developments, or if they are significant to the field of intellectual property as a whole.

The DPLA offers a single point of access to millions of items, photographs, manuscripts, books, sounds, moving images and more, from libraries, archives and museums from around the United States. They can also view digital exhibitions curated by the DPLA's content partners and staff.
RMIT Publishing: VPI&E Catalogue (formerly ELIXIR) reflects the holdings of the libraries within the Department of Primary Industries, Victoria. These libraries have specialist collections in ecology, forestry, agriculture, mineral resources, conservation, water and land management, pest plant and animal control, fisheries and marine studies. VPI&E Catalogue indexes and abstracts books, reports, theses, video recordings, manuscripts and pictorial matter held in DPI departmental libraries and regional collections. Most of the books and reports listed can be borrowed through interlibrary loan.
