Journals indexed are predominantly Australian, with some New Zealand and Southeast Asian titles included. Subject coverage includes management, training, human resources, communication and marketing. Specific examples include organisational change, competency-based training, total quality, workplace relations and enterprise bargaining, customer service, export, employee communication, leadership, business ethics, and work family.
ACER Cunningham Library: The Australasian Education Directory (AED) has been developed by librarians at Cunningham Library, Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER) in cooperation with colleagues at the New Zealand Council for Educational Research (NZCER). This free directory identifies and groups, by category, educational organisations throughout Australia and New Zealand. It contains links to the websites of educational organisations including government and non-government authorities, universities, TAFEs, polytechnics and training institutes, early childhood education, adult, community and migrant education, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander education, Maori education and religious education authorities.

ACER Cunningham Library: The Australian Thesaurus of Education Descriptors (ATED) is the definitive reference on Australian terminology in the area of education. It reflects terminology used to describe research and practice in Australian education. ATED is used to index the Australian Education Index, Education Research Theses, Database of Research on International Education, Blended, Online Learning and Distance Education research bank, Indigenous Education Research Database and the ACER library catalogue and can also be used to consult these databases. ATED is developed and maintained by Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER) Cunningham Library and is now in its fourth revised edition.

Material is drawn from the Australian Education Index, produced by the Cunningham Library, with additional material sourced from a variety of international organisations and publishers. Documents include journal articles, research reports, government reports, theses, conference proceedings and papers.
Education Resources Information Center (US): The ERIC database contains over a million bibliographic citations to a broad collection of education-related resources, from government reports to journal articles. Other materials include conference proceedings, project and program descriptions, curriculum guides, bibliographies, and more.
