The Australian Periodical Publications 1840-1845 component of the Australian Cooperative Digitisation Project (ACDP) provides web access to digital copies of Australian serials first published between 1840 and 1845. Fiction published during the same period has also been digitised. These titles are available as searchable text from the University of Sydney's SETIS site at http://setis.library.usyd.edu.au/oztexts/acdp.html

Australian National Botanic Gardens: Contains images from the botanic collections of the Australian National Botanic Gardens. Portraits of plant flowers form the bulk of the Index, but photographs of fruit, bark, shrubs or whole trees are also included. Most of the collection consists of identified Australian plant species, but there is also a large number of environmental and conservation images.

: The Australian Poetry Library provides access to a wide range of poetic texts as well as to critical and contextual material relating to them, including interviews, photographs and audio/visual recordings. This website currently contains over 42,000 poems, representing the work of more than 170 Australian poets. All the poems are fully searchable, and may be accessed and read freely on the World Wide Web. Readers wishing to download and print poems may do so for a small fee.
