ACT MemorialACT Government: The ACT Memorial honours men and women who have an association with the ACT and who served in conflicts, peacekeeping missions and related service throughout the world, some of whom paid the supreme sacrifice. The Memorial has two parts: the physical Memorial, located opposite Civic Square on London Circuit; and this web site, containing a database of names and information about the people honoured by the Memorial. The website contains a database of people associated with the ACT who are eligible for the Roll of Honour and Commemorative Roll of the Australian War Memorial. It includes those who died during or as a result of war, warlike operations, peace-keeping missions, as the result of military service, or on humanitarian missions.

Public places include districts, divisions (suburbs), streets, parks and geographical features. AERADE [Aerospace and Defence]Cranfield University: AERADE provides access to key aerospace and defence information sources. These include websites, full text technical reports, engineering design data, conferences and news. There are three main services - Aerospace and defence resources, DEVISE and ESDU Series. DEVISE (Defence Virtual Information Service) is a collection of military and defence resources focussing directly on the information needs of the armed forces. ESDU provides abstracts of design data and methods for aerospace, chemical, mechanical, process and structural engineering.
AgNIC: The Agriculture Network Information CenterThe AgNIC portal is a gateway for presenting selected food, agricultural and environmental information and resources through specific services. These services are: Resource database - this database contains web sites, image collections, lists of publications, documents, databases, and other unique resources; Calendar of events - this service includes meetings, seminars, and conferences in the agricultural and related sciences ranging from local events to international congresses; News - this service relays selected news items impacting the related communities; Specialized Services - such as Plant Disease Announcements - discussions on emerging plant diseases around the world; Expertise - librarians and subject specialists respond to individual questions.
Agreements, Treaties and Negotiated Settlements (ATNS)Indigenous Studies Program, The University of Melbourne: The Agreements, Treaties and Negotiated Settlements (ATNS) project is an ARC Linkage project examining treaty and agreement-making with Indigenous Australians and the nature of the cultural, social and legal rights encompassed by past, present and potential agreements and treaties. The project also examines the process of implementation and the wider factors that promote long term sustainability of agreement outcomes. The ATNS database is an online gateway which links together current information, historical detail and published material relating to agreements made between Indigenous people and others in Australia and overseas. The ATNS database is designed for the use of Indigenous and other community organisations, researchers, government and industry bodies.
