BioMedSearch.com: BioMedSearch is a biomedical search engine that provides access to documents on a wide range of health and medical topics, including NIH/PubMed documents, plus a large collection of theses, dissertations, and other publications not found anywhere else.

5. FreeBlended Online Learning and Distance Education (BOLDE)

ACER Cunningham Library: This database contains details of books, articles, conference papers and reports on various aspects of distance and online education, from publishers in Australia and overseas. Material is drawn from the Australian Education Index, produced by the Cunningham Library, with additional material sourced from a variety of international organisations and publishers. Maintained by the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER), there are currently 10480 records in the database. Includes links to full text content.

6. FreeBoard of Longitude collection

Cambridge University: Digitised papers of the Board of Longitude through the eighteenth century until its abolition in 1828. These papers throw a vivid light on the role of the British state in encouraging invention and discovery, on the energetic culture of technical ingenuity in the long eighteenth century, and on many aspects of exploration and maritime travel in the Pacific Ocean and the Arctic. As well as the fully digitised versions of the complete archive and associated materials, included are contextual essays, video, educational resources and hundreds of links through to relevant objects in the National Maritime Museum's online collections.

Research Support Libraries Programme (RSLP): The BOPCRIS Digitisation Unit at the University of Southampton provides access via this website to scanned collections of 18th, 19th and 20th Century British Official Publications, including Parliamentary Papers. It also provides access to a large number of non-parliamentary publications.
