National Library of Australia: Libraries Australia is an online catalogue containing more than 40 million items held at over 800 libraries across Australia. It provides access to books, journals, newspapers, pictures, maps, manuscripts, music and much more. The Libraries Australia subscription service is available in many libraries. The free service has now been integrated into the freely available online discovery service, Trove.
Ebsco: Library, Information Science & Technology Abstracts,(LISTA) indexes hundreds of periodicals, plus books, research reports and proceedings. Subject coverage includes librarianship, classification, cataloguing, bibliometrics, online information retrieval, information management and more. Coverage in the database extends back as far as the mid-1960s

The London Gazette and its sister publications, the Edinburgh Gazette and Belfast Gazette, contain a wide range of official notices including state, parliamentary and ecclesiastical notices, transport and planning notices as well as corporate insolvency and personal bankruptcy notices. In addition, a number of Supplements are published covering honours and awards, premium bonds, armed forces promotions, and company information.
HRI Online Publications: London Lives makes available a wide range of primary sources about eighteenth-century London, with a particular focus on plebeian Londoners from a range of backgrounds and occupations. This resource includes over 240,000 manuscript and printed pages from eight London archives and is supplemented by fifteen datasets created by other projects. It provides access to historical records containing over 3.35 million name instances. Users can link together records relating to the same individual, and to compile biographies of the best documented individuals.
