11. FreeWorld Digital Library

Library of Congress: The World Digital Library (WDL) makes available on the Internet, free of charge and in multilingual format, significant primary materials from countries and cultures around the world. These cultural treasures include, but are not limited to, manuscripts, maps, rare books, musical scores, recordings, films, prints, photographs, and architectural drawings.

12. FreeWorld Factbook

Central Intelligence Agency: Compiled by the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the World Factbook provides comprehensive reference information, maps, facts and statistics on more than 250 countries and other entities.

13. FreeWorldLII - World Legal Information Institute

The World Legal Information Institute (WorldLII) provides access to worldwide law through the following Legal Information Institutes and other organisations: Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII); British and Irish Legal Information Institute (BAILII); Canadian Legal Information Institute (CanLII); Hong Kong Legal Information Institute (HKLII); Legal Information Institute (Cornell) (LII (Cornell)); Pacific Islands Legal Information Institute (PacLII); and Wits University School of Law (Wits Law School). WorldLII comprises three main facilities: Databases, Catalog and Websearch. WorldLII also provides information on Treaties and international agreements. Treaties are arranged on this site by country, subject and international organisation. Access is also provided to other multinational collections, indexes, and treaty status information.

14. FreeWorld Statesmen

Ben Cahoon: This site is an encyclopedia of the heads of state and heads of government (and, in certain cases, de facto leaders occupying neither of those formal positions) of all countries and territories of the world. Also included are general facts about the polities themselves. Subdivisions of some countries are presented including traditional polities, provinces, and states. This site also lists the leaders of international, religious, and United States governmental organizations.

15. FreeWorld War One Nominal Roll

Commonwealth of Australia: The First World War Nominal Roll Database provides details of approximately 324, 000 members of the AIF who served overseas during the First World War.

16. FreeWorld War Two Nominal Roll

Commonwealth of Australia: The World War Two Nominal Roll was created to honour and commemorate the men and women who served in Australia's defence forces and the Merchant Navy during this conflict. This site contains information from the service records of some one million individuals who served during the period 3 September 1939 to 2 September 1945.
