Australian Jewish Genealogical Society: The database covers the period 1867 to 1905, with 106 pre 1867 burials relocated from Devonshire Street Cemetery to Rookwood in 1901; 1100 graves with headstones; 600 burials without headstones that have been identified and their position located; the earliest burial is 1 June 1837. Some burials later than 1905 are also included. Database contains: compilation of images; Rookwood Cemetery maps; transcriptions of the English; transcriptions of the Hebrew; references to the death certificate registration number; death notices from newspapers, where available; details from the burial registers, where available; relocation details, where available.
State Records Authority of New South Wales: This is a new Index to the nine old Registers created to record land transactions, and much more, in New South Wales between 1802 and 1824. The Index has been compiled from copies of the original nine Registers in the custody of the Registrar General and includes many previously unindexed entries. The "Old Register" was transferred from the Department of Lands to State Records NSW in 2008. They form the series NRS 5604, Register of Assignments and other Legal Instruments, 6 March 1802-15 May 1824

The newspaper can also be searched using Times Digital Archive [1785-1985] which can be accessed via E-Resources. The Times Digital Archive provides an online version of the entire newspaper, with images of millions of articles, advertisements and illustrations/photos. The text of each article, letter or advertisement is fully searchable by keyword.

Some family records and literary references are included. A few Maori and Aboriginal family records are also included. Sources on personal information about each of them are listed. It includes marines, soldiers, ship's captains, some sailors, migrants, convicts, some visitors, officially recorded Aborigines, exiles and orphans, also births, migrants, and ships. The shipping arrivals cover 1788-1828, details included are: names of ship, date arrived, port, no. of migrants/convicts, and referenced numbers. The lists of people give surname, given name/s, year of arrival, ship name, reference numbers.
