Chadwyck-Healey: An index to articles appearing in the London Times between 1790 and 1905. The newspaper can also be searched using Times Digital Archive [1785-1985] which can be accessed via E-Resources. The Times Digital Archive provides an online version of the entire newspaper, with images of millions of articles, advertisements and illustrations/photos. The text of each article, letter or advertisement is fully searchable by keyword.

Informit: An index to periodical literature relating to Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei and ASEAN (as an entity), produced by the National University of Singapore Library. Subject coverage includes humanities and social sciences, architecture, building, law and medicine. The articles are mainly in English, with a small number in Malay.

ProQuest: This resource contains information about doctoral dissertations and master's theses. It includes bibliographic citations for materials ranging from the first American dissertation accepted in 1861, to those accepted as recently as last semester. Citations for dissertations published from 1980 forward also include abstracts. A 24 page preview of the full text is available from 1997 onwards. Also available on microfilm under title Dissertation Abstracts and Dissertation Abstracts International. NOTE: Dissertations by Australian/Pacific authors and subjects are available in microfiche or other format through the Library catalogue, see: UMI dissertations.
