MEMSO : Medieval and early modern sources onlineTannerRitchie in collaboration with the Library and Information Services of the University of St. An: A collection of digitized editions of texts concerning economic, political, legal, and ecclesiastical history, such as Calendars of State Papers, treasury accounts, chronicles and papal registers. Most are from England, Ireland, and Scotland, although some are from Milan and the New World. This database represents a rich resource of primary documents from the medieval and early modern period.
Thomson Legal & Regulatory trading as Lawbook Co.: FirstPoint contains Australian reported cases since 1825 and unreported judgements from September 1999. The Library holds a wide range of resources related to book reviews and literary criticism. This guide contains selected print works only.
The National Library holds law reports published in Australia from 1825. Historical sets of law reports are also held for many overseas countries. Court records include unpublished decisions, transcripts of proceedings (verbatim accounts of statements given during the course of proceedings), letters, lists of trials, depositions, circulars, bench books etc. They may cover the topics of wills (grants of probate or letters of administration), divorce, bankruptcy, civil and criminal cases, naturalisation, newspaper registrations and conscientious objectors.
Mura Gadi is an online catalogue of the National Library of Australia's manuscript, pictorial and oral history resources relating to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Though it does not list the many books, periodicals and other publications in the Library relating to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, these materials can be found using the Library's online catalogue at http://www.nla.gov.au/catalogue/
