(1) Other subjects include: chemistry, computer science, economics, gender studies, labour, maps and topography, marketing, microelectronics, population and demography, tourism, science and technology, sociology, women.
Several respondents listed subjects which they did not see as being represented in the list provided in the questionnaire. These included: philosophy (included in “religion”); music, performing arts and sports (all included in “culture”; and unification/North Korea (included in “politics and government”). Appendix 2 also includes comments from interviews on subjects covered.
