1001-Draft of a bill to constitute the Commonwealth of Australia, 1887.

Edmund Barton, Richard O’Connor and Sir John Downer’s draft bill of the Constitution as amended by the Committee to the Convention of September the 22nd 1897. This draft includes handwritten amendments, criticisms of the bill, as well as Barton’s notes on the criticisms.
