Presented at the 16th annual Music Council of Australia Assembly, 28th September 2009.
The National Library of Australia has a long-established record of supporting robust discovery and delivery services over the Web. It has developed a solid appreciation of what is required to deliver high quality, reliable services free-of-charge to the general public. The services are built as national infrastructure, and whenever new content is contributed or new agencies join in, ten principles are espoused. This presentation interprets those ten principles using examples from the Library's current services.
