Delivery TimeDelivery time refers to the time taken by the National Library to process the request. It does not include the time taken for the request to get to the Library or the time for the copy to get to you. Services available:For photocopies and most oral history transcriptsNormal service - normally 5 working days You will be contacted if there is a delay or the service you have requested is not available. For photographsNormal Service - From July 2006 processing time for orders from the Pictures Branch will take about 2-3 weeks for small orders (1or 2 items) and about 3-4 weeks for larger orders. Delivery time is not guaranteed. For more information please contact the Pictures Branch. For microfilming requests To be negotiated but can range from 2 to 6 weeks For inter-library loan requestsNormal service - normally 10 working days If you do not receive the copy or loan you ordered within the time frame you selected, please contact us. |
