Book Launch: 1953 by Geoff Page
Geoff Page’s latest book, 1953, is a striking work of narrative poetry, composed of monologues and verse portraits. Together, they build the story of an Australian town, Eurandangee, and its people on a particular mid-afternoon, hot and hazy summer’s day in 1953. Join Geoff, one of Australia’s most esteemed poets, and The Canberra Times Editor-at-large, Jack Waterford, for the launch of this unique work.
