The Loaded Dog is an explosive tale about three gold miners and their dog Tommy. Their overgrown pup steals a stick of explosives and it ignites when he runs past the fire, the result is mayhem and chaos. One of Henry Lawson's best known and most popular comic stories The Loaded Dog has plenty of action and humour to engage and entertain young audiences. It is a uniquely Australian story which features characters and situations from Australia's past that will inspire an interest in our cultural heritage and language.

The Performance suits ages 5 and above and its duration is approximately 35 minutes.
Presented by Chris John of Splash Theatre Company.
