Over two fun-filled weekends, the Library explodes in a far-out festival of sound and colour for Enlighten 2018! 

The Library building will be open, so don't forget to step inside for snacks, drinks and free tours of our fabulous exhibition 1968: Changing Times.

Switch on with us on Friday 2 March

The Library is the official 'switch on' venue for Enlighten 2018! Join us on the podium on Friday 2 March at 8pm to witness the lights come on at the Library, kicking off the amazing array of stunning architectural projections you will see on many of the capital's most-loved buildings.

Sixties Fest
Friday 2 & 9 March, 6.30–9.30pm

Over two fabulous Friday nights, bring the family for a 60s-themed kids disco with great music, and art and craft activities. Don't miss the curator tour of 1968: Changing Times.

Killer Grooves
Saturday 3 & 10 March, 7.30–10.30pm

Swing by on Saturday nights for an outta-sight party on the podium, with original live music by fantastic local bands including Moaning Lisa, Massive Sherlock, The Brass Knuckle Band, East Row Rabble, Tessa Devine and Jack Biilman. Don't miss the curator tour of 1968: Changing Times.
