Thomas Coleman Dibdin was a London-based painter and lithographer of landscapes and architectural subjects. He exhibited at the Royal Academy between 1832 and 1874. His engraving of ‘A View of Koombanah Bay or Port Leschenault, Australind, Western Australia’ (after Louisa Clifton’s painting), published in London in the 1840s, was also reproduced in the centenary number of the Perth Western Mail in 1932.
