David Branagan
David Branagan is an Honorary Research Associate in the School of Geosciences at the University of Sydney, where he was formerly on the staff for more than 30 years. His major field has been in regional and engineering geology, linked with historical aspects of these fields. He has recently completed a major study of the life of the distinguished Australian geologist Sir T.W. Edgeworth David, who was the basis of his study during the Harold White Fellowship he was awarded in 1999.
