Min Chou Reference Librarian, New Jersey City University

Min Chou is a reference librarian
at the New Jersey City University. She coordinates the library's web page, and
is a member of the Task Force on Web and Communication of the University's
Information Technology Steering Committee. Prior to her appointment at the New
Jersey City University, she was a law librarian at White & Case in New York
City. Ms. Chou has conducted researches in copyright and ethic issues. She
co-authored a chapter entitled "Examining the Impact of DMCA and UCITA on
Online Reference Service" in the book Implementing Digital Reference Services:
Setting Standards and Making It Real, published by Neal-Schuman Publishers in
November 2002. She has also published papers and presented at national and
international conferences. She was a keynote speaker at the International
Conference on "Academic Librarianship in the New Millennium: Roles, Trends and
Global Collaboration". Ms. Chou received her M.L.S. from Pratt Institute in New
York, U.S.A., and her B.A. from Fudan University in Shanghai, China.
