Oliver Zhou is a practicing attorney at the State of New York and New Jersey, member of the New York and New Jersey Bars. He has been admitted to practice at the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the U.S. Court of International Trade. His legal practice focuses on trademark and copyright registration and infringement litigation, international law and immigration law. He has published extensively in these fields. He co-authored a chapter entitled "Examining the Impact of DMCA and UCITA on Online Reference Service" in the book Implementing Digital Reference Services: Setting Standards and Making It Real, published by Neal-Schuman Publishers in November 2002. Mr. Zhou earned his J.D. from Rutgers University Law School-Newark, New Jersey, U.S.A., and his LL.M. and LL.B. from Fudan University, Shanghai, China.
