As a non Australian resident can I access the Library's electronic resources?

You are welcome to use the Libraryís eResources home page as a subject directory for websites and databases. The Library offers access to three types of electronic resources:

  • Many are freely available websites which donít require a library card to access. These are identified on the eResources webpage with the globe icon.

  • Some are only available inside the National Library building.

  • A selected number are available via the Internet to registered users. Registration to access these resources requires proof of Australian residency. These "licenced resources" are only accessible to non-Australians if they are able to visit the National Library building.

For further information on other online services available, see the FAQ How can I access the Libraryís collection from interstate or overseas?
