Where can I find statistics on tourism?

The Tourism Research Australia (TRA) website provides a wide range of freely available statistics and statistical publications. TRA also offers Online Data for paid subscribers.

Statistics are also available from the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) website. In particular, take a look at the Topics@a Glance - Tourism webpage.

For international tourism statistics visit the World Tourism Organization website.

You can also search the Library's catalogue for current and historical statistical publications. For Australian statistics try searching with the words "tourism australia statistics" (include quotation marks).

Trove can help you find and get items at libraries near you. See the FAQ What is Trove and how can I use it?

The National Library can provide copies of certain materials and interlibrary loans for registered users. For more information go to our Copies Direct service.
