your document.
- Papers should include a bibliography for all reference material
used.

Presentation
- Each session will have a chairperson who will be responsible
for organising the running of the session, introducing speakers to the
audience, keeping speakers to time and coordinating questions. You will be
informed of the chair for your session prior to the Conference. Please meet
your chair before your session (eg. morning/afternoon tea or lunch) at least 15
minutes before commencement time. At this time you should check that the
necessary a/v requirements have been met. This is also the time to check your
introduction with the session chair.
- You will be advised of your presentation day and time closer
to the event. Each session runs for 30 minutes. Papers should
allow for 5-10 minutes discussion time within the session. It is important to
keep in mind that there are other presenters, and we need to keep on schedule.
Your session chair will operate a timing mechanism to remind you that your
presentation should conclude.
Copyright
- As the author you retain copyright of your paper, and are able
to present at future conferences and submit to other journals. You are asked to
complete a Copyright Agreement form solely to grant
permission for the Conference Committee to present your paper/abstract on the
