Feedback and Advice
The National Library welcomes feedback on the Libraries Australia Service. There are a number of ways you can provide feedback or receive advice.

For questions, suggestions for improvement, or problems please contact us or complete our suggestion form.

Attend your local Libraries Australia User Group to discuss policy and operational matters with other users.

Attend the Libraries Australia Annual Users Meeting, a major forum to learn about and discuss the future direction of Libraries Australia.

Raise matters with a member of the Libraries Australia Advisory Committee, the users' representative body which provides advice on strategic and policy matters.

Participate in an Expert Advisory Group which are formed by the National Library to provide advice from users and other experts on a specific topic such as end user access.

Subscribe to the librariesaustralia-l discussion list for information on day-to-day matters and announcements of developments and changes. A web accessible archive is available for messages that have been posted to this discussion list.
