Expert Advisory Group on Kinetica Document Delivery (EAGKDD)

The Expert Advisory Group on Kinetica Document Delivery was established at the request of the Kinetica Advisory Committee in August 2003.

The EAGKDD has been formed to investigate future development possibilities for the KDD Service. The VDX software on which KDD is based now provides greater functionality than it did previously, and KDD staff would like to exploit this functionality to provide a more flexible service to meet the needs of different groups within the library community.

The Group released its final report which considers future directions for the Kinetica Document Delivery Service (KDD) within the changing interlibrary lending environment. The EAGDD Final Report examines trends in interlibrary loans, evaluates the KDD service and identifies avenues for improvement.
