Free access to APAIS for small libraries

We are very pleased to announce that Australian small libraries* now have free access to the Australian Public Affairs Information Service (APAIS).

APAIS is a subject index to scholarly articles in the social sciences and humanities published in Australia. Users can access selected journal and newspaper articles, conference papers and book chapters on Australian economic, social, political and cultural affairs.

To access APAIS, just open Libraries Australia Search, click on select databases and check the box next to Australian Journal Articles (APAIS), hit 'Save changes' button and you are now ready to search APAIS.

*Small libraries are those which are located in Australia, a member of Libraries Australia and are not academic libraries, state libraries, or the National Library.

For further information, see the pdf document: Free access to APAIS for small libraries via Libraries Australia accessible from our media releases page.
