When a request is sent to a LADD library from an ISO ILL site, the only number that appears is the ISO ILL location’s request number, which displays within the LADD web interface as Our Number (ILL No). Our number/their number shows up as the same number e.g. CDC-10188205/CDC-10188205.
A search for this request number via the ILL No field will be unsuccessful. You can only find requests from ISO ILL sites via a TGQ search. To lessen the confusion, when searching for a request by number the search drop down now reads ISO ILL No/TGQ instead of just TGQ.
