Libraries Australia Administration system
The Libraries Australia Administration system provides an online interface for customers to:
- Check customer details, including address, contact details and names
- Create new sub-organisations and user logins with particular permissions
- Access comprehensive reports for all cataloguing and search activity
- Check details of previous invoices and any pending charges
- Request products and collect product files
- Check and manage files of records imported to the Australian National Bibliographic Database via the new Record Import Service (RIS)
How do I log on to the Libraries Australia Administration System?
Customers can use their existing search or cataloguing logons to view customer data in the Administration system.
There are three types of access for customers: Shared Users, Individual Users and Customer Administration Users.
Initially, all customers will be classed as a Shared User. If you wish to gain access to a different user level of access, please contact us.
