LADD – Did you know? Part 2

Complete was previously an Authorisation Status but is now an Action and can be performed at any stage of the request lifecycle by either the Borrower (Requester) or Lender (Responder).

Manual completion of requests can be used if the request has reached the end of its life cycle and has not been automatically completed by the system.

Requests with a last action of Complete can still be actioned by either the Lender (Responder) or Borrower (Requester) for as long as they remain in the system. These requests will become visible in active request results if either library actions the request again. To search for completed requests from the ILL Request Search screen, select Last Action as ‘Complete’.

When shipping a loan request the Due Date defaults to 28 days in the future. Lenders (Responders) are able to change this due date before actioning Shipped.
