Libraries Australia Document Delivery follows the three service levels set out in the Australian Interlibrary Resource Sharing (ILRS) Code.
It is recommended that if you request rush or express, that you contact the responding library to let them know. To help facilitate good lending practices, please ensure your contact details within the ILRS are up to date. If you have lost your passwords, you can contact the Libraries Australia help desk.
