Joining Libraries Australia
Anyone is welcome to join Libraries Australia. Follow the steps below if you wish to join:
1. If you are a public library, please contact your consortium representative to obtain details of pricing in your State before submitting your request to join Libraries Australia.
2. Consult the charging schedule.
3. Complete the appropriate User Registration:
4. Print, sign and send us the relevant User Agreement:

Businesses (PDF, 170KB)
Library schools (PDF, 42KB)
If you cannot download or read PDF, please contact the Help Desk and a User Agreement will be sent to you.
Post or fax the User Agreement to:

The date of effect will be added when the copies are received by Libraries Australia. One copy will be returned to you for your records.

It is highly recommended that new members complete the relevant Libraries Australia training.
It is essential that before using the Libraries Australia Document Delivery service or Cataloguing Client, someone in your organisation complete their training courses.

Enhancing your Service
Please contact the Help Desk via our enquiry form (link opens a new window) if you:
- wish to add Enhanced Requesting, Alerts, Personalisation, Products, the Record Export Service or the Record Import Service to your existing account. Please state the name of the account (the username) you want these services added to.
- would like Customer Administration, additional databases or to have your password reset.
- have been certified for the Libraries Australia Document Delivery service through a trainer and wish to have it added to your account.
