Trans Tasman Interlending Review

A survey of Libraries Australia Document Delivery users

Introduction

On March 1, 2006, the Trans Tasman Interlending service was launched. The service enables members of Libraries Australia Document Delivery and New Zealand’s Te Puna Interloan to seamlessly request and supply interlibrary loans and copies to each other.

The purpose of this survey is to:

  1. Assess your level of satisfaction with the service;
  2. Allow you an opportunity to comment on aspects of the service;
  3. Gather feedback on key aspects of the service (such as shipping charges).
