VDX hosted LADD system now available

The National Library of Australia has successfully transitioned from a locally installed to a hosted environment for the VDX system for Libraries Australia Document Delivery (LADD) service.

A hosted system environment will enhance and improve the service through improved system functionality, and interconnection with OCLC WorldShare ILL and in the coming months the British Library Document Supply Service. Libraries Australia will be able to provide the service more effectively, including quicker turnaround times for complex system issues.
