Version 0.1 of the new Libraries Australia search interface was made available to members for comment over three weeks during May and June 2013.
Members made lots of positive comments on the alpha interface and based on feedback a number of adjustments have been made. A summary of what members said about the Version 0.1 release can be found on the Libraries Australia Search Redevelopment Blog.
Members will have further opportunities to provide feedback with another release expected to be available around the Libraries Australia Forum in October. We would like to thank everyone who took the time to try out the system developed so far and encourage you to continue to provide feedback to ensure we deliver a better Libraries Australia Search service for you.
You can access more information about the project from the Libraries Australia website home page, you can view blog posts under “Latest News” as well as from the Search Redevelopment Project link that appears under the “Get Involved” heading.
