What is GovRAP?

GovRAP is a free monthly reference service listing Australia’s recent government publishing output. Records from GovRAP are a subset of the ANBD and are created by Australian libraries. Files are available in alphabetical and Dewey format. Files are available in text format or directly on the web and you can download the records free of charge. Each publication listed has been published during the current or previous two years by an Australian Government Department or Agency.

There are great advantages in using this list for collection management of government publications. It’s also useful for all engaged in research and the provision of information as you can link straight to the Libraries Australia record with holdings information and options for accessing items.

More information on GovRAP is in the pdf document: What is GovRAP? accessible from our media releases page.
