What can I include in the Directory?
The Directory provides comprehensive and easy access to information
about map collections in Australia. Users of the Directory can conveniently
locate collections of interest by the name of the institution responsible for
the collection or they can search the Directory to locate collections with a
particular geographic, subject or chronological coverage.
The Directory is useful only if it contains up-to-date information.
Collection details may be updated
online, or by contacting the National Library who will
update an entry if you are unable to do so
yourself.
New collections can be added to the
Directory at any time.
