Acclaimed writer and broadcaster Robert Dessaix will deliver the 2011 Seymour Biography lecture on Monday 24 October in the National Library Theatre.

In this annual lecture on the craft of biography, Pushing Against the Dark: Writing About the Hidden Self, Robert Dessaix will discuss the art of writing about ordinary lives and why we want to read about them.
