Learn about the vital relationship between forests, people and the planet in a short film festival for the International Year of Forests.

Organised in association with the United Nations Information Centre and the Embassy of the United States of America, the festival includes films featuring David Attenborough and by Australian David Warth.

They include The Queen of Trees, Satoyama: Japan's Secret Forest, America's Wild Spaces: Appalachian Trail and Conflict Tiger.

After the films, director David Warth and Visiting Fellow at the Fenner School of Environment and Society at the ANU, Dr Judith Ajani, will lead a discussion on the screenings.
