About MICROLINK-L
MICROLINK-L is an unmoderated discussion list that provides a forum for the exchange of practical issues and ideas amongst microfilming practitioners internationally. MICROLINK-L complements the US-based MICROFORMS discussion list (MICROFORMS@lists.uoregon.edu) which is orientated towards user issues such as public use equipment, collection development and bibliographic control. MICROLINK-L is jointly owned by the National Library of Australia and the State Library of South Australia.
Topics that could be addressed include:
- requests for assistance in solving problems
- new products, standards and equipment review
- the role of microfilm in the expanding digital environment
A web-based archive of MICROLINK-L messages is available.
