How long will it take to get my order and how do I check on the progress?
“Average delivery” refers to the time taken by the National Library to process the request. It does not include the time taken for the request to reach the Library or the time for the copy to reach you.
You will be contacted if there is a delay or the service you have requested is not available.
For large or complex copying requests delivery time will vary. In these instances you will be contacted and we will advise accordingly.

For material requested from another library (interlibrary loan/copy requests) on your behalf.

How do I check on progress with my order?
If you do not receive the copy or loan you ordered within the time frame you selected, please contact us.
