Draft Conservation Management Plan

The National Library of Australia building is a place included in the Commonwealth Heritage List.  This listing protects the heritage values of the place, and imposes a number of obligations on the managing agency including the need to prepare a management plan.

The draft Conservation Management Plan has been prepared in accordance with the heritage management principles and requirements for management plans for Commonwealth Heritage places (Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Amendment Regulations 2003 (No.1): Schedule 7A & 7B).
