Terms of Reference
The terms of reference of the Audit Committee
are to:
(a) help the Library and members
of the Council of the Library to comply with obligations under the
Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997
(b) provide a forum for
communication between the members of the Council, senior managers of the
Library and the Library's internal and external auditors
(c) satisfy itself that there is
an appropriate ethical climate in the Library and review policies relating to
internal controls and management of risks.
