Australian Libraries Gateway
The Australian Libraries Gateway (ALG) Project team announced with pleasure the addition of the 4500th Australian libraryNSW South Coast Co-operative Library Service Bookmobileto the Gateway on 11 February 1999!

Since April 1998, the Gateway has served to improve access to information about Australia's libraries, their collections and services. The key difference between it and many other Australian library directories is that each library listed has its own password, which allows it to update or amend its entry via the World Wide Web. Phase 1 of the Gateway was released late last December as a replacement to the earlier prototype service The new features include:
