Gift enriches Spanish collections
The National Library is the recipient of a generous gift from their Excellencies the Ambassadors of Spain and Colombia and the University of Canberra.
The ambassadors presented the Diccionario de construcción y rêgimen de la lengua castellana to the University of Canberra, which offers teaching programs in Spanish. As the University of Canberra already held a copy of this valuable work, it was decided to place a copy in the National Library.
The dictionary is a distinguished addition to the Librarys collection of dictionaries in many languages and a notable addition to its Spanish language publications.
