Digitisation of the Sir Edmund Barton Manuscript collection |
Correspondence, personal papers, press cuttings, photographs and other papers relating to the Federation campaign and the first Parliament. Approximately 35004200 images will result. |

Digitisation of oral history sound recordings |
Preservation digitisation of existing oral history sound recordings, and acquisition of new recordings in DAT format. The digital recordings are not available for online access at this time. |
Approx 1600 hours per year being added. Approx. 5000 hours of DAT in collection at 9 August 2000. |

Co-operative Digitisation project (Ferguson) |
Approximately seventy serial titles and four novels published between 18401845. |
Digitisation completed. |

Rare maps digitisation project |
A pilot project digitised 25 maps. There are approx. 1000 rare maps. |
A tender process is underway to provide digitisation services for
this project. |

South Seas project |
Cooperative project, to produce scholarly digital editions of the journals relating to Cooks first Pacific expedition, and those of the Dolphin voyage. The Endeavour journal, one component of this project, together with a transcript and other explanatory material, is available on CD-ROM. |
