Burmese Literature List Available

Mr Pe Thein Zar at work on the Burmese Collection

The National Library of Australia has the largest collection of Burmese publications in Australia. These publications are available to readers in the Asian Collections Reading Room at the Library, and also to readers elsewhere through interlibrary loan.

Included in the collection are around 1000 works of literature ranging from early works to modern authors.
The Library has now published a list of these works in Burmese script.
