Forum and Field Day: What’s Coming? |

Keep 11–12 November free so you can contribute to discussion on new models for sharing resources in Australia and ideas for improving library service and processes. Library decision-makers and interlibrary loan and document delivery practitioners will convene at the National Library of Australia over these two days to commence national discussion on resource sharing future directions and needs. Ideas from Australia and overseas will be canvassed and a full range of automation options will be presented. The Forum will discuss the policy implications of the National Resource Sharing Working Group’s Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Benchmarking Study, and address the recommendations of the Peak Bodies Forum to ‘define a service model to ensure that individuals can access information easily regardless of their location’.
